According to Anna Smolková’s birth record her mother, Anna, came from Horažďovice. From birth
records of Anna’s sibling we learned that the maiden surname of Anna’s mother was Uršula (in older
Czech also Voršila). We found her birth record in Parish register of Horažďovice 11, book of
