According to Viennese birth record of Marie Tomšíková of 1843 her father Matěj Tomšík was born in Zavlekov (Samlekof), Nalžovy (Ellischau) dominion in Klatovy (Klattau) region. The weblink to Matěj’s birth record which is included in Van der Gaag - Hoeks Family Tree is correct.
